Welcome to the OASIS AT PARK ROW!  This extraordinary vacation home features 3 floors, elevator, rooftop deck, enormous kitchen and great room, multiple washers and dryers, private pool, hot tub, 9 bedrooms, large golf cart and so much more.   It is designed to sleep up to 30; we can accommodate quite a few more on sofas and such, if young cousins are not particular.  If our numbers require it, the Oasis at Park Row will remain headquarters and we will secure overflow accommodations in another, smaller vacation home within walking distance.  We have several options on additional vacation homes very nearby the headquarters. 

 

We share the cost of the house according to a formula that takes into account your type of accommodations,  and the number of nights you attended.   These homes are huge, so there are great options for those who flexible with their sleeping arrangements.  (While we would love to be beachside, the costs were just prohibitive.  Being just a couple hundred yards down the street from the sand cut our costs IN HALF.)  The Oasis features gorgeous en suite rooms, as well as family bunk rooms and a large "barracks" that can sleep 10 people in one party room.

 

The house features a large heated pool (we will have pool noodles and such), a great game room featuring pool, foosball, and standup video game, comfy living spaces on all four levels, and superb location.
